About the Artist

Stewart seeks to create impact, inspire and tell stories that need telling through his photographic images. Using a variety of styles and printing, mounting and framing materials, every photo takes the viewer to a new destination - from the petals of a flower to the rising seas of far away atoll nations. Stewart and his family reside in Takoma Park, where he shops, eats and shows his work - from group shows at the community center to displays with ARTery in window fronts. You might find him holding "office hours" at Takoma Bev Co. Stewart's passion is the ocean and if he is not in Takoma Park, he is likely in, on or near the water, as his work often portrays.
